RebeccaK Tasting Notes Our newest edition represents our desire to produce a wine that beckons for good food. A pinot noir with a slightly higher acidity to entice the mouth to water and a slighly lower alcohol to allow the palate to enjoy the food. We venture back to our burgundian winemaking roots to create a charming wine full of bright cherries and fresh raspberry flavors infused with a pomegranate and violet bouquet. Its smooth, balanced mouthfeel lasts through the long enjoyable finish.
